Dialogue: Best Woman and Man of Honor

I love how couples are just breaking the rules of tradition these days! Though I do have a soft spot for traditional since mine was mostly traditional. Traditionally a bride has a maid of honor but what if her best friend is her brother? He can stand on the groom's side but if she really wants him to represent their close relationship, she likely will want him to stand next to her. Maybe the groom has a close friend who is a girl that has known him his whole life and actually fixed him up with his new bride. Why shouldn't she stand next to him if he wants to honor the role she played? Of course even putting them on girls/guys side despite who they are there for still honors them because they are a part of the bridal party.
