14 Day Love Challenge Day Three

Wow did I have a late start this morning! I was up way too late last night messing around on Photoshop that I mozied on to bed without setting my alarm, missed class this morning and didn't even have this post ready for the morning as I had planned. Well here it is, there is still sufficient time in the day to complete this challenge! And I hope your lists are coming along from Day One's challenge!

This might be challenging if you are like me. It used to be a joke when I was in high school that I would love to complain and if I didn't have anything to complain about, that I would complain about not having anything to complain about. My Dad and my husband even have this thing where they will find my "buttons" or things that would trigger me to gripe. They think it's a game and will "push" a button to make me gripe and they would laugh, only to annoy me further. Silly boys!

In all seriousness, we want our men to come home to a smiling wife in a warming environment. This is important as time passes for the happiness in our marriage. It's not to say it has to be happy all the time and you aren't allowed to argue. That stuff is healthy in the growth of a marriage too. But just imagine your man having a hard day at work and not wanting to come home because you will just gripe at him the minute he walks through the door. Vice versa too. A smile and positivity is catchy. Perfect for setting the tone in your marriage! Be the example and he will be more positive to you too. :-)

This makes me think of that Chevy commercial where the little boy is playing with his toy truck. When the dad comes home and his wife says, "Hey honey I'm glad you're home!" Even Chevy knows what's up! Lol
