Do you think the reasons the article mentions are legit? Would you put up with your man not wearing a ring? Are you dealing with a man who doesn't want a ring? Are you frustrated or accept it? Are you okay with your fiance's preference and are in agreement together?

After reading your article, and the reading the article in the link, I have to say that while I agree with the woman's point of view - the men who are married and won't wear a ring are still looking around for a better deal - I don't completely agree with either of you. First of all I don't wear jewelry, period. Not even a wedding band, if I was married. I would not expect my husband to, either. Main reason - I was married to a man who INSISTED on wearing wedding rings. He was as unfaithful as the day is long - he slipped it off when it was convenient. After years of this marriage I realized it's not about the man or the woman, it's about the commitment to each other - and their vow PUBLICLY before man and GOD. If they are unable to honor that commitment and that vow, a ring is neither here nor there. It's an issue that begins long before the walk down the aisle. Which is why it is SO important to pray and seek God's advise and the wise counsel of family, friends and your pastor before becoming committed to a relationship. It's still not fool proof, but it helps, tremendously.
i would not, ABSOLUTELY not put up with that!! that's craziness. I haven't had a chance to read the article just yet but I'm bookmarking it for sure - sounds interesting.
