Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.
Part Nine looks at
1. to resent the good fortune of (another); begrudge.
2. to feel dissatisfaction or ill will.
How might we see this in our relationship and marriage?
- "Well remember last week when you made me watch 6 hours of football? You owe me."
- "You did this and you did this so don't even think about asking me to do that"
- "Why would I make you lasagna tonight when you forgot to bring me sonic tots on your way home yesterday?"
I actually remember watching an episode of a show where the spouse kept track of everything his wife did wrong and when she found out about it, well you can imagine it didn't go over well. It would make you feel like what would be the point of saying, "I'm sorry" if your wrongs still count against you? We must strive to love like Jesus and I guarantee he isn't keeping a record of our wrongs. He loves us unconditionally. Heck, he even died for our wrongs! So why should we do that with our spouse?
Do you have any examples or stories to share today for how Love keeps no record of wrongs? Do share!

ah, Love keeps no record of wrongs. How so true... and this simple passage has allowed me to live a full and loved life. If only others that dwell on the pains of those "lists" could learn to let go and let God. This post was so very perfect in timing. Thank you! xo
