No worries though, I can't stay away too long! Dialogue day is my favorite day of the week so today we will have another discussion topic. This week we will talk about recruiting the help of your family and/or friends for your wedding.
You probably hear the tips everywhere that tell you not to have your friend do your photography, or have your sister coordinate the day when you probably should hire a wedding planner. I definitely agree with somethings that should be left to the professionals. But there are other things that are just darn sweet! For example, your mom making your wedding dress. Or your cousin making your cake because she has made everyone's cakes in the family.
So which parts of the wedding are you recruiting help for? Which parts will you never leave to a friend? Are you hiring a friend photographer or a family cupcake maker? Are you worried that it could potentially be awkward for confrontation if something didn't go right? Or are you confident that they will do a great job? Do share 'cause I'm nosy! lol.
May the Lord direct your hearts into God's love and Christ's perseverance. - 2 Thessalonians 3:5
